We’re going to make a great embellishment today, just in time for Father’s Day! I’ll take you through the steps to make an origami shirt and add a cute little ribbon tie to finish it off.
Start with a piece of paper that’s 4″ x 5 1/2″. The rest of the instructions are in the video. I find that it’s always easier to see origami as it’s done, instead of seeing step by step pictures of the process.
Here’s a close up of the shirt and tie. Try adding a mini metal brad for a tie tack!
Supplies: Basic Grey papers, Cuttlebug embossing folder from the Asian Set, Adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, ribbon from my scrap bag.

I am looking to make a stack of them for free gift cards for my farmer’s market booth. Usually it is the little things that give me an edge in the market place and this “gift” will be great!!
